Processing Time

  • Original Range: All products (except the Petrichor Bowl): Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Petrichor Bowl: Each bowl is made to order and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are a $12.99 flat rate for Domestic delivery 
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email.

International Shipping

  • We DO NOT offer international shipping.
