Returns & Refunds Policy

Damages & Faults

At Petrichor Candles, all products are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@petrichorcandles.com.au

To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • A video clearly showing the fault or damage
  • Your order number

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the 7-day timeframe may not be approved.

Due to an increase in courier-related incidents and fraudulent claims, all damages and fault claims are subject to review. In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection before offering a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change of Mind
We don’t offer exchanges, but if you’ve had a change of mind, we do accept returns for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order—provided the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage (with tracking) is at your expense, and items must be packed securely with adequate padding (ideally the way they were sent to you) to avoid breakages. We cannot issue a refund until the items are returned to us in good condition.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges.
